All year groups have one consultation per year.

Year 7 have an extra session called 'Meet the Team' during the first term to review how they are settling in to Rye College. Year 9 Progress Evening forms part of our Guided Choices programme.

Online Appointment Booking

We will send out information before the progress evening, enabling parents to book appointments online.

Progress Evening appointments are booked through the Arbor Parent Portal or Parent App as follows: 

How to book your appointments: 

1. Log in to the Parent Portal or Parent App.
2. Check for upcoming Guardian Consultations on your homepage.
3. Click to access the booking page and select the consultation event.
4. Choose a time slot from the dropdown and select attending guardians.
5. Confirm your booking and receive an email confirmation.
6. Edit or reschedule bookings anytime by clicking your booking and selecting new options.

Ensure at least one guardian is selected to avoid errors.

Bookings will close on the day of the session.

You will be able to see your confirmed appointments on the Arbor Parent Portal or App.
